Fresh, intense, complex and always surprising, the B54 pairs with all types of summer dishes, such as appetisers, pasta with delicate sauce and white meat.

aurai

OFFIDA PECORINO DOCG

Piceno’s native grape variety, it is picked by hand from the end of August until the first week of September and fermented in wooden barrels without temperature control. It sits on fine lees in steel tanks for some months before being slightly filtered and finally bottled. After ageing, the Aurai is clear, full-bodied and intense, with a slightly bitter aftertaste which makes it ideal to pair with first courses with fish, fried food or roasted fish.

fiacca

MARCHE ROSSO IGT

A blend of Montepulciano grapes and other international grape varieties, the harvest occurs from September to October. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks, the blending is carried out in winter and the wine is aged for some months. Bottled in spring. It is aged in used and new French oak barrels for 12 months. After being slightly filtered, it is transferred to the bottles where it continues ageing for at least 36 months. Because of its severe character, it is recommended to open the bottle one hour before drinking. It will reveal a rich bouquet of nuances, with fresh and balsamic hints.

petì verdò

MARCHE ROSSO IGT

Rare grape variety from Bourdeaux, which has found a new expression in the Piceno area, the Petì Verdò is hand-picked in mid-September and fermented in steel tanks with the skins. It is first aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, and then in bottles for at least 24 months. The Petit Verdot is rarely expressed as a varietal wine because of its harsh character, not easy to tame. However, we have taken up the challenge and, thanks to a long process of maturation, we have managed to realize a wine with a strong personality, suitable for roasted red meat, wild game and spicy dishes.

merlò

MARCHE MERLOT IGT

International wine variety par excellence, we have successfully implanted it in the south of Marche. Soft, enveloping and with a vivid colour, the Merlot has found the best conditions in our clay soil. It is first aged in French oak barrels for at least 12 months, and then bottled and aged for a further 48 months. Rounded, silky, soft, it is suitable for roast-beef, braised meat and soft-ripened cheese.
